I collected most of my scale in Pre-Searing from River Scale and the like. I don`t remember right off hand about Seared. Read the thread above about fur, I`ve yet to see any.

btw. the pre-sear skales are different from post-searing scales....

you can get scales w/ the monster @ old ascalon. gargoyles.etc.
